Kombyno's whole premise is that your money is none of our business. This site is built the same way. Here is everything it does with data, in plain language.
We store your address for one purpose: to send you an invite when a seat opens. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by typing your address and pressing the button. No newsletter, no marketing, no profiling, and we never sell or share your address with anyone.
The address is stored with our infrastructure processors: Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (database). Both process data under GDPR-compliant terms.
Until your invite is sent and you have joined, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Withdrawing is one email.
Under the GDPR you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Write to privacy@kombyno.com and it will be done without fuss. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
The Kombyno app goes further: your financial records are end-to-end encrypted on your device before they ever reach a server. We could not read them if we wanted to. That design is the point.
